Yes. We will learn any song you like or if you would prefer we can have the original recording played over our PA system
Yes, of course. We love the older styles of music and we have a huge range of material which we can draw on. We can perform up to three sets of waltzes if necessary. Most importantly we will “read” the crowd on the night and play the right mix of music to make sure everybody gets to dance. We like to think we have our “finger on the pulse” – we always include current hits in our setlist
Absolutely. We welcome as much input from you as possible. Please bear in mind however that we cannot stray too far from our tried and tested setlist. This is because we employ a formula that simply always works and we consider it our main job is to make sure the dance floor stays full!
We aim to start at 9.30pm and play until 12pm (including a 15 minute break for refreshments). The DJ will then take over and play until 2pm. We will play later if we start later. In our experience the band’s playing time ends up being more like 10pm-12.30pm by the time the speeches and food are finished.
In our experience the band should aim to start playing at 9.30pm and play until 12pm. The DJ normally plays from 12pm until 2am. If, for whatever reason we start late we will still aim to play for 2.5 hours. Obviously there is an upper limit here as the DJ needs to have enough time to play a set also
Yes! 🙂
